There is one discrepancy in the link of this family to the John Hedley family from
Sheffield - the 1841 census indicates that neither John nor Richard were born in the
county of Northumberland. All the other family members were.
It has not been possible to locate the birth details of John or Richard from either
the IGI (1992) or British Vital Records. So far have found no more details of Richard.
